The following forms must be completed in order to register as a candidate.
The forms are available at the Clerk’s Office at Town Hall or can be downloaded from this page or if prescribed by Regulation, by following the link to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) website.
You will need to file the registration form in person, or by agent, with the Town Clerk at Town Hall – no emails or faxes will be accepted.
The Nomination Form and Declaration of Qualification must be witnessed by a Commissioner of Oaths (at the Clerk’s Office)
Registered candidates will require the following forms after the election. The Clerk will send a letter and a copy of the form to each registered candidate with instructions. The forms are available at the Clerk’s Office or can be downloaded, using the links below:
